Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in FX, international payments, or financial services in a B2B client-facing role
- Proven track record managing client relationships and driving revenue
- Strong FX knowledge: comfortable quoting spot and forward transactions, full understanding of the yield curve and its impact on forward pricing
- Market awareness: you follow macroeconomic news, geopolitical developments, and their impact on FX markets
- Outstanding communication skills: polished, articulate, and confident across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- High energy and positive presence: you light up the room, bring enthusiasm to every client call, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Sales mindset: you're proactive, persuasive, and naturally look for opportunities to deepen client relationships
- Comfortable with technology and its application in corporate FX functions.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance and risk frameworks
- Fluent English (full professional proficiency required)
