We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced FX Dealer / Account Manager to join our team in Milan, Italy. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, executing FX transactions, and growing revenue through cross-selling and up-selling of FX products and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in FX sales, dealing, or account management within a financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of FX products (spot, forwards, hedging strategies) and international payments
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and generate revenue
- Solid understanding of financial markets and currency risk management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Client-focused mindset with a consultative approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- A proactive, results-driven team player with a strong sense of ownership
