Requirements
- Define and evolve a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals, market opportunities, and customer needs.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, finance, sales, and operations to deliver products on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Oversee product launches in partnership with marketing, PR, sales, and executive teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and market impact.
