Job Description
Ibotta is seeking a B2B Website Optimization Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role is pivotal in transforming the Ibotta website into a high-converting engine that drives growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and self-serve sign-up flows.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B website management, digital marketing, or web operations with a heavy focus on CRO.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMS management (e.g., HubSpot CMS, Contenful), Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and a track record of improving site conversion rates.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive website strategy and technical improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage technical web projects and developer workflows
- Hands-on experience with front-end development and modern web frameworks, including HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to streamline the hand-off between design and development.
