The Website Optimization Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the performance, usability, accessibility, and conversion effectiveness of Truliant Federal Credit Union’s public-facing websites and digital experiences.
Requirements
- Strong experience in website optimization, digital analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with web analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, heatmapping tools, Semrush, Ahrefs, tag management systems)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities from inception to completion with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Compliance, and external partners
- Strong understanding of digital user experience (UX), accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies, especially AI-driven
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Superior interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse personalities in a tactful, professional, and respectful manner
