Requirements
- Experience in construction sales, home improvement sales, or related building-materials industries
- Strong understanding of residential construction, especially insulation, gutters, or building envelope systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to read basic construction plans and understand jobsite terminology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
