The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, technical knowledge of fireplace materials, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include generating new business, conducting in-home assessments, developing relationships with clients, and managing the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Experience in construction sales, home improvement sales, or related building-materials industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential construction, especially insulation, gutters, or building envelope systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read basic construction plans and understand jobsite terminology.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working in homes, attics, crawlspaces, and jobsite environments when needed.
