Sr Service Desk Technician

The Senior Service Desk Technician will be responsible for managing user requests, software and hardware maintenance, and laboratory and production equipment in the pharmaceutical production departments of Lodi and Cassina de' Pecchi. The candidate will also be responsible for performing first-level hardware maintenance activities, managing and maintaining computer materials, and selecting and installing client software components.

Requirements

• Diploma and/or degree in computer science or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in the role
• Good knowledge of English language
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 suite, Active Directory, Microsoft servers, DHCP and DNS services, antivirus, print server, system backup
• Proactive and constructive problem-solving approach
• Teamwork skills
• Good communication and synthesis skills
