Sr Service Desk Technician

The Senior Service Desk Technician will be responsible for the operational management of requests from Italian users, software and hardware maintenance, laboratory and production equipment. The role requires a constant presence at the pharmaceutical production departments of Lodi and Cassina de' Pecchi.

Requirements

• Diploma and/or degree in the field of computer science or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in the role
• Good knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 suite, Active Directory, Microsoft servers, DHCP and DNS services, antivirus, print servers, system backup
• Proactive and constructive problem-solving approach
• Teamwork skills
• Good communication and synthesis skills
