Job Description
The job is a part-time position that involves preparing and managing a technical assistance program for airport certification and SMS implementation, conducting assessments, providing technical assistance, and drafting regulations. The job requires a university degree or equivalent academic qualifications and training, at least six years of experience in a relevant field, and a good command of oral and written English.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent academic qualifications and training
- At least six years of experience in an airline, airport, government or civil aviation organization
- Experience in the planning, organization and implementation of security measures for the safeguarding of civil aviation, aerodromes and facilities
- Familiarity with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs)
- A good command of oral and written English
- A working knowledge of French or another official language of the Organization (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish)
