The job requires a part-time ICAO Roster-Airport Master Plan Expert to provide an updated airport master plan that addresses the need to optimize the existing airport site and maximize capacity. The expert will lead the preparation of the master plan update, execute the work plan, and maintain contact with stakeholders. The position requires a university degree in aeronautical engineering with specialty in airport master planning/engineering, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in airport master planning and engineering, aerodrome management, operations and maintenance.
