Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support roles
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Active Directory
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and mobile devices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Good command of English
