Supergoop! is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team. As the hands-on execution partner and day-to-day owner of IT Operations, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for team members' technical needs and support, managing the employee lifecycle, leading technical initiatives, and managing identity management systems and network infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations roles
- Strong expertise in both Windows and macOS operating systems and hardware
- Hands-on experience with identity management platforms (Okta, Jumpcloud, Azure AD)
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration at enterprise scale
- Proficiency with MDM platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune)
- Experience with network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti)
- Some scripting and automation skills (GAM, PowerShell, Bash, Zapier, Okta Workflows)
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Jira, Zendesk, and Freshservice
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
