Job Description
iCapital is seeking a Vice President, Alternatives Distribution to lead sales coverage for the Eastern Canada region, responsible for driving adoption of alternative investment solutions across Canadian registered dealers, investment advisors, family offices, and private wealth platforms.
Requirements
- 10+ years of client facing experience in the Canadian investment industry
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Bi-lingual in English and French is required
- Demonstrated success selling or supporting a diverse range of investment strategies, ideally with exposure to alternative investments
- Direct relationships with Canadian banks, independent dealers, family offices, and investment advisors within the target region
- CFA or CAIA certification or progress toward completion is preferred
- Meets the regulatory requirements to be registered as a Registered Individual (Exempt Market Dealer)
- CIM designation or CSC completion is preferred
