Global Head of Payroll - Vice President / Senior Vice President

iCapital is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President to lead the global payroll function, including payroll operations, accounting, and controls, as well as develop a high-performing team. The role will oversee payroll governance, internal controls, and risk management, and partner with finance, tax, legal, and HR teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience, including ownership of multi-state U.S. payroll and exposure to global payroll operations.

Requirements

• Define and execute the global payroll strategy, operating model, and governance framework
• Lead and develop a high-performing global payroll team
• Own payroll governance, internal controls, and risk management
• Manage day-to-day and strategic relationships with payroll managed services partners
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all pay elements
