ABA Centers of America is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the daily activities of a clinic, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial performance, leadership, and behavioral health industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management
• Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and processes
• Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team
• Ensure proper training for team members
• Verify adherence to documentation process
• Work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting and licensing bodies
• Manage company finances and approve department expenses and budgets
• Oversee employee and client safety
• Conduct tours of the facility and communicate with stakeholders
• Collaborate on compliance and quality assurance projects
• Maintain reports and facilitate crisis intervention
