Job Description
ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA services to individuals with autism. The role offers paid training, comprehensive preparation for the RBT exam, and ongoing career support through BCBA Academy of Excellence. RBTs can advance their careers through positions like Lead RBT, Supervisor, or BCBA role. The position emphasizes teamwork and collaboration with BCBAs and families.
Requirements
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
- Consistent, reliable transportation, a driver’s license, and car insurance
- Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
