ICE Consulting is a leading Managed IT Services provider seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist/Junior Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team. The role involves working autonomously and within small teams to establish, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware and computer systems.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a relevant position
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficient in providing support for MacBook systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7 and more recent versions
- Experience with mobile device support
- Solid background in desktop support and customer service
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tools
- Proficiency with Windows Server 2008 and newer
- Experience with hosted services including Gmail and Office 365
- Knowledge of security software such as Symantec and ESET Antivirus
- Experience with printing services and management
- Familiarity with Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Experience with VERITAS Backup Executive for data backup
- Knowledge of hosted VoIP service providers
- Ability to produce clear, concise, and well-organized documentation
