Senior Program Specialist

ICF is seeking a Senior Program Specialist to provide critical project management services for utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs focused on the residential market. The successful candidate will assist with the management of utility project performance, oversee the delivery of Home Energy Assessments, and collaborate with a multi-functional project team to ensure timely and professional completion of tasks and achieve specific program goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or one year of related experience for one year of education)
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing successful programs and/or related experience
• 1+ year(s) of experience managing operational budgets
