Manufacturing Engineer

Ichor Systems is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to improve processes and help production run smoother every day. The role will involve solving problems, working with different teams, and making things more efficient.

Requirements

• Resolve problems quickly and make recommendations for long term solutions
• Investigate new methods of manufacturing or technology to improve current processes, increase capacity and throughput
• Communicate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Planning and other cross-functional departments.
• Coordinate design, documentation, installation, debugging, and setup of new fixturing or tooling.
• Operate manufacturing, test, development, or diagnostic equipment
• Participate in release of the new products and technology to manufacturing
• Participate in the development and preparation of technical work instructions for manufacturing.
• Maintain current files of engineering specifications for applicable fixtures & processes.
• Work independently with general supervision
