Job Description
The Sr Business Process Analyst will proactively identify and resolve report/system issues, coordinate with IT for fixes, and analyze transactional data. This role involves process analysis, design, automation implementation, and ensuring AI/RPA initiatives are successful. The analyst will work with stakeholders to identify improvements and establish a governance framework for automation solutions.
