Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with experience across multiple operational disciplines to drive alignment of supplier selection to global supply strategy and manage key supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, commodity management or NPI related function & 10 years operations experience preferred
• Bachelor degree in business or Engineering. MBA preferred
• Strong understanding of contract manufacturing environment and management of global commodity strategies through a third-party provider
• Proven record of managing and driving Continuous Process Improvement activities
• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify root cause for action/resolution
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven
• Good knowledge of aspects of purchasing, supplier selection, cost analysis and negotiation, planning, master scheduling and program management
• Work independently in fast paced environment
• Contract management, negotiation and implementation experience
• Ability to concisely communicate escalations, requirements and issues to suppliers, stakeholders, peers and upper management with clarity
• Experience working in ERP & PLM systems; SAP and Team Center preferred
