Conduct in-home consultations with residential customers, assess their comfort needs, present customized HVAC solutions, and close sales.

Requirements

• Previous in-home sales experience (HVAC strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to close residential sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, homeowner-friendly manner
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well organized
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
