Job description
Christian Home Services is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Selling Residential HVAC Technician to join their growing team. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales ability, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance plans, provide clear, honest communication with homeowners, and collaborate with dispatch and sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.
