Role Overview

Residential HVAC Technician with strong sales ability to join a growing team, providing technical expertise and customer-focused service to homeowners.

What You Will Do

Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, recommend and sell system replacements, upgrades, and maintenance plans, and maintain accurate service and sales documentation.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales, and EPA Certification; NATE Certification preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, 21 + years old
