Job Description
Corporate Governance & Company Secretarial Associate role in Dublin, Ireland. The role combines company secretarial and corporate governance support services, providing preparation and filing of annual reports and corporate compliance filings globally, and supporting the executive share trading process. The ideal candidate has a strong legal, business or finance background, excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Requirements
- Honors university degree in legal, business or finance
- Chartered Governance Institute qualification
- Excellent time management and personal organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across business functions
- Ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects and deliver under pressure to a high standard
