Join our culinary team at Mission Hill Family Estate Winery as a Line Cook. We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the culinary arts, strong cooking techniques, and a proven understanding of food and wine pairing knowledge.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or graduated from a culinary related program
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role
- Current 'Food Safe' certification (or equivalent)
- Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings and weekends required
- Ability to work effectively in team environments
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and suppliers
- Contribute to menus and daily fresh sheets
- Work in a clean and organized manner
