Requirements
- Enrolled in or graduated from a culinary related program
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong cooking techniques
- Good ingredient knowledge
- Proven understanding of and a sincere interest in developing food and wine pairing knowledge
- Current 'Food Safe' certification (or equivalent)
- Flexible scheduling - working days, evenings and weekends required
- You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
- You put trust in others and never let anyone down
- You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
- You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions
