Mexican company specialized in Information Technologies seeks Tech Sales Consultant to join Business Development area for consultative sales of support services, generating new clients and developing strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Commerce, Marketing, Administration, Systems Engineering or related
- Advanced English (C1) - verbal and written communication with international prospects
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales of services
- Proven experience in meeting quotas
- Pipeline & forecast management
- Knowledge of sales methodologies (desirable experience with the Sandler method)
- Experience in selling IT services (indispensable)
- Knowledge of IT support services (Service Desk, On-site and Field Support)
- Up-to-date knowledge of the IT market
- Desirable knowledge in ISO 27001 and ISO 20000
- ITIL v4 (desirable)
- Customer Success / Client Management
- Project management (PM, Scrum, Agile – desirable)
