Regional Sales Director, Roofing and Waterproofing

Innovative Chemical Products Group (ICP Group) is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead sales efforts in the Southern California market for roofing and waterproofing systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership and a strong technical background.

Requirements

• Lead sales efforts for our roofing and waterproofing brand in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to penetrate the market and expand customer base.
• Travel extensively within the region to maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize industry specifications, building notifications, and project plans to create and maintain a bid project pipeline.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for market growth.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
• Manage relationships with installation contractors, distributors, and key influencers such as general contractors, specifiers, and building owners.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and technical expertise to customers through live demonstrations, remote learning sessions, and educational presentations.
