Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Manager to lead our station’s technology infrastructure and operations, overseeing critical IT systems and managing complex systems while mentoring and coaching the Broadcast IT Specialist.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and military/industry experience
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, including virtualization, networking, and server administration
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and developing technical staff
- Strong understanding of network architecture (TCP/IP, subnets, VLANs, switching)
- Experience with enterprise directory services and security protocols
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
