Homecare Homebase is searching for an RCS System Administrator to support the Revenue Cycle Management Operations Team and customers through payor setup management, claims management, and rejected claims management.
Requirements
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards
- Perform weekly system administration billing analyst calls with each branch location of assigned customers
- Escalate revenue cycle aging issues to customer's Executive Leadership team
- Assist customer in working down their unbilled items
- Prepare and present analytical reports on a monthly basis to customer's executive leadership team
- Utilize product knowledge to offer solutions to internal billing team when claim rejections occur
- Maintain a deep understanding of financial processes
- Communicate claim rejection patterns to Director of Revenue Cycle Management
- Assist with Revenue Cycle Management proposals if needed
- Creating documentation for our knowledge base
