Site Reliability Engineer - Platform Infrastructure Engineering

ID.me is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to build automation, observability, and operational foundations for reliable, scalable, and secure services. As an SRE, you will design and implement automated guardrails to maintain high standards for resilience and security in an AI-accelerated development environment.

Requirements

• Build and maintain automated reliability tooling, infrastructure as code, and observability systems
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks
• Implement automated architectural reviews and reliability guardrails
• Partner with engineering teams to design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and develop self-healing and auto-remediation mechanisms
