Staff Site Reliability Engineer

ID.me is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join their infrastructure team. The successful candidate will have experience operating at scale, leading infrastructure transformation, and driving cross-functional efforts across product, app, and integration teams.

Requirements

• Execute on the transformation from monolith to scalable microservices (API/Platform focus)
• Drive initiatives to continually improve reliability
• Architect systems and write code that enables application teams to adopt best practices
• Integrate and unify diverse infrastructure components
• Design observability, reliability, and CI/CD frameworks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, application, and integration teams
• Provide technical leadership to shift the team from reactive support to a proactive function
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers
