Job Description
HR-Referent (m/w/d) role involves HR operations, recruiting, employer branding, onboarding, and offboarding processes, with a focus on digitalization and self-service structures.
Requirements
- completed a degree or business education with a focus on HR, or completed relevant continuing education
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a medium-sized company or IT environment
- in-depth knowledge of labor law and data protection
- experience with modern HR systems, ideally Personio, and ability to familiarize yourself with its configuration and functions independently
- proficient with Microsoft 365
- independent work style and structured approach
- clear and honest communication skills
- German language proficiency (very well) and good command of English
