Job Description
The REWE Nord Region is looking for an HR Training Specialist to conceptualize, organize, and lead seminars, training sessions, and workshops on further education. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and accompanying further education programs for young talent and serving as a contact person for executives and employees.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in economics, pedagogy, or psychology or an equivalent qualification
- Enthusiasm for the topic of personnel development and relevant practical experience
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, as well as team-oriented work
- Empathetic personality and high self-motivation, as well as a solution-oriented approach
- Class B driver's license
