Job Description
The Senior Risk Manager for North America oversees credit and portfolio risk across the Bank's retail and specialty finance exposures. This role involves lead risk due diligence, maintaining lending/servicing policies, market analysis, and oversight of portfolio servicing, working with the Idaho First Bank team. They contribute to the expansion of the Bank's North American portfolio and leverage group reporting to identify mitigative measures.
Requirements
- Lead risk due diligence of new platforms and specialty finance lenders
- Review lending/servicing policies against market standards
- Financial and business model resilience of the counterparty
- Provide inputs into risk mitigation measures
- Day to day oversight of portfolio servicing
- Lead Monthly servicer performance review
- Support Group risk with planning of risk metrics
