Executive Assistant (m|w|d) role working closely with C-Level team, reporting to CHRO, and ensuring smooth operations at top management level. Highly trusted role with complex executive calendar management, confidential matter handling, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in executive assistant or comparable role
- Commercial apprenticeship completion
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
