Job Description
We are looking for multiple Associates with an MBA degree to provide strategic insight on current company operations and shadow a Founder. The ideal candidate has an interest in the Tech space, video games, crypto, and new ventures, and is detail-oriented, descriptive, and clear with their writing. Travel is a requirement.
Requirements
- MBA from a top tier university
- Skilled at creating, analyzing, and managing project operational manuals
- Proficient in project management applications such as Atlassian, Google Suite, Trello and Miro
- A firm understanding or willingness to gain understanding of the video game and web3 sector in which our organization operates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Forward-thinking mindset, strategic experience, and planning skills
- Leadership potential and excellent relationship-building abilities
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and efficient in their work
- Experience with an entrepreneurial organization (preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive work experience (preferred)
- Travel up to 35% (domestic and international)
