General Manager position responsible for ensuring quality and service standards, building and managing teams, and driving sales and profitability.

Requirements

• Builds teams by identifying, recruiting and hiring the best talent pool
• Coaches, develops and motivates team members
• Prepares team schedules with a focus on operational excellence and cost management
• Maintains the integrity of recipes to ensure consistent Guest experience
• Responsible for cash management and bank deposits
• Monitors budgets, cost of goods sold, labor, payroll records and all other financial transactions
• Promotes an environment of ‘salesmanship’ and suggestive-selling
• Actively participates and promotes all brand-wide and local marketing initiatives
• Establishes an environment of trust within the shop
• Demonstrates emotional resilience under pressure and during changing priorities
