Senior Visual Communication Designer

IDEO Shanghai is seeking a Senior Visual Communication Designer to inspire and move teams and clients using the craft of visual communication. The role will involve working on a wide range of projects, from brand identities to user interfaces, and will require collaboration with diverse teams to tackle complex challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communication design
• Proven experience in brand identity, editorial design, information graphics, typography, packaging design, and exhibition design
• Experience working in international markets
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
