5-7+ years of experience in organizational design, talent initiatives, and change leadership, with a strong human-centered design approach

Experience managing biweekly payroll, administering 401k and employee benefits programs, and supporting open enrollment operations

3+ years of experience in communications design, strong foundation in visual design craft, and experience designing across multiple mediums

2+ years of experience, undergraduate degree preferred, strong project management and communication skills

4-6 years of experience, strong portfolio, proficiency in design tools

5-7 years of experience in design/UX research, writing, or adjacent career experiences, or relevant lived experiences. Depth in qualitative methods and experience with inclusive research practices

5+ years of experience in a creative consulting or agency environment, strong Chinese and English language skills, and excellent communication skills

Design experience across fields like brand identity, typography, and packaging. International market experience and fluency in Mandarin & English are required

3-5 years of graphic design experience, Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, strong portfolio and experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

5-7+ years of experience, Bachelor’s degree or higher, strong portfolio, fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and ability to balance hands-on making with direction-setting and mentorship
