Ideogram is a fast-growing AI startup that aims to make world-class design accessible to everyone. We're looking for a Director of Growth to develop our marketing strategy and drive user growth.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally as an early marketing hire at an early-stage startup.
• Proven success in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Experience managing contractors or freelancers to execute marketing plans.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to marketing ownership.
• Experience engaging with influencers and leveraging partnerships to grow brand visibility.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where creativity and data-driven decisions go hand in hand.
