Customer Support Consultant (Polish & Czech Speaker)

Our Customer Support Consultants are the direct line between IDEXX and our customers, helping veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and animal healthcare diagnostic professionals keep our pets healthy.

Requirements

• Communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner
• Coordinate and assist with equipment installations and troubleshoot hardware technical problems as well as software integration issues
• Instruct on the use of in-house diagnostic analyzers and order consumables needed to run tests
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly
• Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment
