Process Analyst, Global Business Services

IDEXX is hiring a Process Analyst for its Global Business Services (GBS). The Process Analyst will lead and support projects to measure, analyze and improve business processes which drive business results, operational efficiencies, quality improvements and reduced costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• At least 5 years of working experience, of which at least 3 as a process analyst
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing
• Intrinsic interest in and a passion for technology
• Experience in and knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Visio are highly preferred
• Ability to evaluate and improve existing processes
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to gain credibility quickly and influence decision making
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and MS Teams
• High level of accuracy, ability to work effectively and independently and to deal with changing priorities and challenges
• Emotional intelligence, humility, willingness to learn and take and receive feedback constructively
• High ethical standards and a positive attitude
