Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to own and improve core operations processes, lead project-based operations work, and support recruitment and talent pipeline efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR Systems, with a proven track record of owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Public Policy, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, people operations, HR, or a related function
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Philippine labor law, compliance requirements, and statutory processes
- Project management experience
- Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and HR Systems experience
