Job Description
Assist the Talent Specialists and hiring managers with tasks and activities throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle. Launch pre-employment paperwork, connect with onboarding employees, and ensure a successful and timely start. Work as an onsite position in Fargo, ND or Irving, TX, with 10% travel expected for recruitment-related events.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years' experience in recruiting, human resources, or onboarding support position
- One year experience working with an Applicant Tracking or HR Information System
