Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring that financial aspects of construction projects are meticulously planned and monitored.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role in a fast paced, high risk, commercial/build environment.
• Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices within the construction industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook).
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards in the construction sector.
