Teamledare – Claims Center Sverige

As a Team Leader in Claims Center Sweden, you will be responsible for leading a team in the MTPL (traffic accidents) area and ensuring that our customers receive a professional, fair, and efficient support throughout the claims process. The role is part of a broader leadership structure within Claims Center, where your responsibilities may evolve over time as the business and your leadership skills grow.

Requirements

• Experience as a leader, preferably as a team leader or in a coordinating role
• Experience in claims handling, preferably in traffic/ liability (MTPL) or similar
• Ability to work structured with follow-up and improvement work based on KPIs
• Good communication skills and ability to create clarity in daily work
