We are seeking a leader for our Large and International Claims team at If insurance company in Oslo. The leader will be responsible for managing a team of 7 employees, developing strategy, and handling large damages and international claims. The role requires leadership experience, a juridical or relevant background, and experience in insurance and claims settlement, preferably in liability and property.

• Solid experience from insurance and claims settlement, preferably within liability and property
• Experience with handling international insurance programs
• Very good written and spoken presentation skills in both Norwegian and English
